Yes, all our tours are private and fully customisable. Personalise your itinerary, choose your preferred hotels, add or remove destinations, and travel at your own pace. Our travel experts will create the perfect India tour to suit your interests, schedule, and budget.
3. How do I make a booking?
Booking with Roamer Roots is quick and easy. Contact us via our website, WhatsApp, or email with your travel plans, and we’ll create a personalised itinerary. Once confirmed, you’ll receive all the details you need for a smooth and hassle-free journey.
4. What is included in your tour packages?
Our tour packages include private AC transport, comfortable hotels, sightseeing, expert local guides, and 24/7 support. Depending on the tour, entrance tickets, domestic flights, train tickets, and selected meals may also be included. Full inclusions are listed on each tour page.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Cancel 30+ days before your tour for a full refund (excluding any non-refundable bookings). Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure receive a 50% refund, while cancellations within 15 days, no-shows, or unused services are non-refundable. Flights, train tickets, safari permits, and other pre-booked services are subject to the cancellation policies of their respective providers. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.
6. Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?
Yes, we provide airport pick-up and drop-off services in major cities across India, including Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai, Varanasi, and Kochi. Our professional drivers ensure a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free transfer to your hotel or next destination.
7. Can you help with visa and travel documents?
Yes. We can assist with your visa application by providing supporting travel documents, including your tour itinerary and hotel bookings. Our team is happy to guide you through the process and answer your questions. Please note that visa approval and processing times are determined solely by the relevant embassy or consulate, and travellers are responsible for meeting all passport and entry requirements.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and other internationally accepted payment methods. Available payment options will be shared during the booking process, and our team is happy to assist you if needed.
9. Is travel insurance included?
No, travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unexpected situations.
